CSE department organized an alumni Interaction Program as a part of Student Induction Program, with the title ” Career guidance and awareness program on job opportunities for CSE students” by Mr. U. Srikanth and Mr. J. Hari Kiran ” for III and IV B.Tech on 18th January 2021. Mr. U. Srikanth and Mr. J. Hari Kiran are 01 batch students . Mr. U. Srikanth is working as Senior Software Engineer-2 in ServiceNow Ltd, Hyderabad and J. Hari Kiran working as Senior.Grade Assistant Professor, Velleru Institute of technology, Amaravathi. They created awareness among the students about computer science and engineering course and how to plan entire B. Tech 4 years period to placed in good MNC in the campus placements.
They had given the following guide lines to the students:
- How to plan the career objective.
- Opportunities of CSE students in business, government sectors and IT industries.
- Created awareness about IT industry and different challenges for facing the interview.
- Importance of GATE score and how to plan higher studies..
