CSE department organized an alumni activity ” How to Strengthen Coding Skills and How to face Off-Campus Interviews” by L.Vineetha, P.N.S.Harika and Ch.Sindhura for IV and III B.Tech on on 10th September 2018. L.Vineetha (14481A0571), P.N.S.Harika (14481A05A1) and H.Sindhura (14481A0517) are 2014 batch students. L.Vineetha placed in Novisync Technologies, Hyderabad and P.N.S.Harika selected in HCL, Hyderabad. They created awareness among the students about Off-Campus opportunities in the IT industry and different challenges for facing the interview.
They had given the following guide lines to the students:
- How to plan the career objective.
- Opportunities of CSE students in IT industries in both government and private sector.
- Specified different websites for improving the coding skills like CodeVita, Kackerrank.com…etc.
- Different websites for searching the carrier opportunities.
- The importance of GATE for securing the good job.
- Continuously fine-tuning your skills and learning plans to help you manage the changes in interview process.
